  An absolute NIGHTMARE!! Great when helping you move in and signing the lease, then turn on you later. We have lived here almost a full year and have been the absolute BEST residents an apartment complex can have. Always paid rent on time, never complained to management, even when our entire A/C system went out for days during the summer. We actually helped the maintenance staff every time they came over. And yet, as we get ready to leave they are trying to charge us for an additional month past our lease date stating that we failed to give them a full 60 days notice, which they failed to emphasize during the lease signing. We missed the deadline by 2 weeks and they refuse to work with us. We asked where the common curteousy of giving us a warning before the deadline was and they stated they left a letter on our porch...during the snow...No email, no call, no proper letter in the mailbox. To add insult to injury, they left us another paper on the ground, in the snow, around 10pm on Sunday stating all of the amounts we owed (probably hoping we wouldn't notice that one as well. If you want to save yourself A LOT of headache and even more money, then stay away from this place! There are much cheaper, much nicer, and less crooked apartment complexes around Rochester.
